They created some fake renders of htc m9 ( thought beautiful ) and raised the expectations which eventually made m9 a disaster. Seems like they are doing it again *___*

Many geeks forgotten that when you plug the ea... morePrecisely, if I needed or wanted to hear sounds how a sound engineer would, I'd much prefer listening with the best headphone my money can buy. Even more so, if the headphone would sound better if it was burned in for a considerable amount of hours/days or paired with a portable DAC/Amp, I would much rather do so. Such that if I was handed a One model with BoomSound speakers for free, those speakers are of no use to me other than for phone call rings, alarms, or notifications, but all of which I rarely turn on, turn up high or loud. Most of the time, I turn my phones into silent, on vibrate or just beep

Big mistake by HTC for excluding the Stereo Speakers. Also don't like the fingerprint sensor on the home button on the front, it's a pain to reach on big phones compared to on the back.

round button at bottom? that just don't look like htc. I liked that angular thing they had going. where this is going I have no idea, looks like s7 button which is bad. More angular would be the correct move, there is enough roundedness in mobile phones (talking about buttons and speaker design etc, although there seems to be no front speakers which also is wierd).

This leaked image is not amazing yet for me. But i remember of when pics like this we saw when htc a9 was not introduced officialy. I didnt like that too but when it was introduced made me crazy with design and beauty

HTC is trying to make the best android iPhone clone now I guess. I miss the speakers, I love my M7 which I still use even though the camera is garbage. I guess if they make an iPhone with a larger battery it might be good enough to sell enough phones to get them in the black.

Manufacturing firms have reached that point where trying to con people with defined by 8K on the Tv, cell phones, etc..
So people can make the difference between 4K and 8K, have to look through the telescope Huble ..:))

Many geeks forgotten that when you plug the earphones, audio quality is miles above samsung, iPhone, lg and Sony.
That quality shouldn't be taken for granted.

HTC head chef said HTC will never disappear but they are doing everything they can to do it. Making a copy of iphone or samsung won't bring them a milions of fans. They had a good reputation. M7 and M8 was a GREAT phones. But they stop listening customers and making really stupid mistakes. No campra improved, same desing on M8 and M9 and now it's even worst as they trying to copy iphone.... If the phone will look like the one on the picture I am not going to buy it and I aways had only HTC phones.

Formulat for success: Take your best feature, stereo front facting speakers, that you pioneered, and get rid of it. Then make your phone look like yet another knock off of the iPhone from the back and a knock off of the Galaxy S phones from the front. What do you get? Product non-differentiation at its finest.
This may turn out to be a perfectly good phone, but it's hard to see its selling point over other phones. And without the front facing speakers it's an automatic no go for me.
