Personally - any return of prac... moreThe S7 series really sound promising to me. Water resistance is back, allegedly SD slot as well and a larger battery. I wished they would leave out the QHD display. It's unnecessary on a smartphone anyway, it just eats power.
Let's wait and see, not long to go.

Personally - any return of practical features like waterproofing on a flagship should be welcome - improves competition and encourages innovation.
I can take our leave having an SD card.
How about a flagship that doesn't require one of those horrible cases to protect it from the inevitable drops. Now that WOULD be progress!!

This actually makes me happy, Samsung is moving forward faster than crapple, finally they have left behind the copy, wannabe thing, the s6 is light years ahead of the iphone 6 even the 6s, and now will be even further, I jus thope they put front facing speakers and im sold on the galaxy s8, currently my next phone will be a xperia z5 or z5+, because sadly no one else offers the same ammount of good features in a single package like Sony.

Don't forget S5 Active and S6 Active. There are also the Galaxy Xcover series which have 3 generation already. Samsung even have waterproof tablet, Galaxy Tab Active which also surprisingly one of the few tablet in the world that have removable battery.

The S7 mono speaker must be very weak, because samsung unfamiliar doing the waterproof phones, they only do waterproof for S5 and S7, they still learn how to swim. Sony is leading the waterproof tech for mobile phones.

A new report out of Korea suggests Samsung is readying the SABRE 9018AQ2M chip from ESS Technology that brings with it the best audio seen in a smartphone.
The chip features a a 32-bit mobile audio DAC, has 129 dB signal to noise ratio and supports formats such as DSD - the super audio format favoured by Sony. This means you'll get an as-near-to-dammit listening experience as listening to analogue, but while streaming audio over the internet.
And the picture shown is not real S7.

I have my Z3 compact for 1.5 years and I am absolutely happy with it. I can't say a lot about Samsung. The last one I had was the Note 2 and that was a great phone. It never disappointed me. No lagging, no nothing. I only got rid off it because I got annoyed by the size of it so I went for the Z3C.

Sonys... moreLet me tell you some things about Samsung devices, first of all the Galaxy S4 was my last after that I promise no more Samsung joke. The S4 was everything but a phone. 3 seconds to open contacts, 3 seconds to open phone keyboard and the worst sVoice socks and it is impossible to use. I saw that some of this was improved on recent models like S5 and S6 but not on sVoice. I don't mind stuff like water resistant or so on I only want a phone for work with and Samsung does not do that anymore. LG too! I found good staff on Motorola that has a good vocal assistant and phone response. (Nokia use to do good phones too before Microsoft) finally I'm with iPhone that is a good phone where I meant to make calls and work with especially when I drive. That's it.

As design this phone look trivial.
As level equipment is the average.Just the CPU is very good, if you use the Snapdragon.
I suggest just pay attention to the next actually. Why Samsung started to decrease price its phones ?
Lest and they realized this phone not have a success as other phones exiting the market by other companies?

Samsung offers bad devices at an unacceptable Price just like Apple (Samsung devices are Apple copycats in every aspect). TouchWiz is ugly. I counted 15 (!!!) bloatware-apps on my brother's S6! Samsung has great Performance though, but in Long time use, the phone gets as hot as my cooker! Bad battery endurance (after 4 months of use it was eventually replaced). And definetly it's not an Allrounder. It's TRASH at an unacceptable Price.
I agree that HTC wasn't better, but SONY!! User "Fade..." was absolutely right! Sony is one of the most reliable manufacturers around! I had a Z3 and it worked well. My Sister has a Z5 and it works well. AND they get frequent Software updates! A Thing that Samsung is bad at. My brother's S6 is stuck on android 5.0.1 and it didn't even get the STAGEFRIGHT-FIX is out for AGES now!
So stop protecting your Piece of plastic you've bought for $700!!
