I want stock android, wich is the main reason why I went nexus. So why would I want to flash something else to it? Also, in order to get the latest updates I need to stay stock.

My Nexus 9 is amazing, as is everyone else's I've spoken to. Why don't you flash a different ROM and see if its a software glitch? One of the main advantages for owning any Nexus device is its flashability, and the Nexus 9 uses F2FS without a hitch. Not to mention first dibs at official Android releases 5 minutes after they're done!!

So either try flashing something else, or hit up HTC for warranty work. Clearly you arent aware of the perks of owning a Nexus, so maybe you should look at other devices.

          Still over priced!

What a let down this device is. Constant homescreen redraws and lots of delay before you can actually use it after you wake it. Worst tech I've ever purchased considering the price.
