downfall of apple iphone, because its useless to waste one's hard earned money for a selfish brand [though got its nurishment from americans, yet selfish and greedy , and not even favouring the locals, without whom apple would have been a "rotten apple"]
Apple iphone should be called rottend apple
good work samsung though not an american brand but still given the best to the americans, good job samsung and rest of OEMs

Wait! is a third not 33.3%? So 33.3% of iOS users use 2 year devices while "only" 30% of Samsung users use 2 year old devices? Not to mention the advancement noted between the S4 and the S6 vs the iPhone4 and iPhone6. And just before you think I support either of the two, I am a big fan of waterproofing, SD card slots and FM radios. Just observing a striking question on how the report has been presented.

Of that 30% Most have had their devices for a while, and ripe for the iPhone 7 upgrade. Even so lets include the 5s and 5c, just for fun. That's 4 iPhones from different generations vs 4 premium Samsungs + the countless low and mid rangers that they make their numbers on.

Apple don't make mid-low-range dedicated phones. But they sell old iphone models as mid-low-range phones instead. That's win for Apple's profit, not to develop and spend for dedicated models.
Talking about high-end phones, though(not price). The newest iphones could only compare with mid range Galaxy (A models)
