hi just wandering can we delete a voicemessage after sending it thru supergroup in telegram.Will the receipents see the deleted voicemessage by any chance. Btw ...before sending the voicemessage can we listen to it back or it will be saved in our hp or device. tq

You don´t have to choose. I use both Telegram and WhatsApp in my GS5. I convinced close friends and family members to install Telegram. It´s free and coexists peacefully with Whatsapp.
I like using Telegram in my Windows 10 PC - much better to see photos and videos in a 28" screen. Also installed in my Galaxy Tab S. Only feature missing is voice call.
Telegram in PC and Tablets works independent of smartphone, unlike WhatsApp Web. When I bought a new smartphone all chats (text, photos, videos) were restored when I installed Telegram.

Telegram Apps Got great feature that, I never mind about the chat history if i want to switch another phone, because All Data saving on Telegram Cloud Storage.
Just give our telegram profile number to activate telegram then can download all chat history to the new phone after verified the code.

Things to chose telegram over whatsapp
-Much secure
-An separate app-store for bots and channels
-Much better implementation of Bots(like way better)
-Groups can have upto 1000 members(as opposed to 256 in whatspp)
-Channels can have even more(idk the limit but I've seen upto 2.4k people in one channel)
-much more active Channels and groups(2500 daily unread message vs 100-200 unread messages in whatsapp)
-Mch bigger files can be transferred(upto 1.5 GB vs 16 MB)
-It supports many file types(GIFS,documents etc )
-you can search for pictures form within chat
-You can use it with any Platform(Windows,linux,mac,web,mobile......you name it)
-Kinda like icloud(it is stored in the cloud and sync instantly to every app like if you have installed it in PC and mobile)
-self destructive messages(like snapchat you can only view only before the timer runs out)
-once you delete a chat or parts of it,its gone forever(from everyone's chats too,more secure)
Things to consider Whatsapp over telegram
-Voice calls(only thing that i miss)
-Backups are stored in your device
-Email conversations
-Probably all your friends are only present in whatsapp
