Apparently not much has changed in the last 2-3 years.the s6 and edge variants look great no doubt but the fact that they went with the glass back, no expandable storage and small batteries was going backwards in my opinion.
The glass back is very sticky and breaks easely, 2k display needs a lot of power so you need a decent battery and maybe people need more storage that 32 or 64.BTW at those prices for the s6 let's say I think every phone should come with at least 64gb .
Water proof is good but not really necesarry, shatterproof screen would be nice(see Motorola).

A simple bigger battery capacity, FM Radio and stereo loudspeaker that makes this phone perfect enough to me.

Why do you think Nokia no longer sells mobiles, Windows OS for mobiles is so far dead that Microsoft are the only ones that still sell a mobile using a Windows OS! (And even then Microsoft is "reconsidering" its future in the smartphone market)

But the if the rumours are true and the Edge version of this thing has the curve on both the front and back, then it's going to be an absolute nightmare to hold, and the current Edge models are not exactly known to be ergonomically comfortable as it is.

Waterproof is must feature for anyone who is active. I prefer it more than these non sense resolution displays, processors or stupid 3D touch. Waterproof and good battery life should be standard for any mobile device. What is point of mobility if it doesn't present mobility?

Even without secrets now its beast: more rounded looks(screen on all sides), even better battery endurance(it was great even before for its size compared to rivals), a lot of sensors(even if its not smartwatch), and other tech thats the newest and original one. I think it still got some secrets.

Anyone who likes to take pics outdoors can appreciate that, even spilling a drink can ruin your phone. You don't need to go swimming to need waterproofing. Water proofing should be standard in the 21st century on all tech as part of its durability. Get out of the stone age.

Samsung is now focusing on stupid features for those... moreEvery single day more and more people are becoming active, and with the explosion of wearable tech and their health benefits (including Samsung's own ambitions), this trend will only continue to grow. It is a smart move if you ask me. And I agree waterproofing isn't an absolute need, and you will hardly find it useful, but c'mon dude, it's definitely not a negative!
