SETTINGS-ABOUT PHONE-SYSTEM UPDATES
-be sure to be connected to a strong wifi/data internet to have a fast update download.

Moto E Marshmallow update a mess - my PC no longer syncs pics - Msoft just says file empty - when previously no problem?
Tried formatting SD card - (after downloading pics on SD direct via USB) so it's now part of the phone storage - later pics are the same - lost by upgrading, but now I can't even pull pics direct as all SD content encrypted!!!!
Had mobiles for 30 years - they aren't getting any better, just more temperamental.......
Anyone had this issue - no longer able to sync or show any content via PC? Mine is definitely not 'empty' but it wants Msoft to think it is!
