AnonD-468210, 19 Feb 2016That price is insane for less known company outside China. ... moreI'd be careful about Xiaomi now - they made a mess of things with the way they locked their bootloaders and annoyed a lot of loyal users in the process. Letv is indeed new but they have adopted the developer-friendly style of Xiaomi and have done a really good job with their tech. I have a Letv Max and love it. I had a Xiaomi Mipad Pro which I simply threw away as I was so frustrated with Xiaomi - locking a device without telling you (and bricking it for many users) and then providing no practical way to fix things (the waits for bootloader unlocks were unconscionable and many people who had bricked phones were rejected). Look at the forums - and if you read Chinese go to the Chinese forums were things got pretty ugly. For Chinese phones now, Letv is excellent as are Meizu and Oppo. I am a fan of ZTE and look forward to seeing the successor for the Z9. Xiaomi used to be excellent - I am fairly sure they have lost their way.

Sadly I think there's still another year of chipset development for that to work out well.

What about a Micro-SD card slot? All those specs are great for the price, but most importantly is the quality of the phone, I hope it's actual substance & not just appearance & hype.

Spending 500€ on a phone with a shitty skin on top of android, wich is not going to get any updates after launch, it seems a NO deal to me.

Anonymous, 19 Feb 2016awesome front and price of the device...hope this year more... moreThe chipset is not that important anymore, if the phone works, it works and you don't worry about another phone having more power. You worry more about the UI, the camera, the battery, the design, the speakers and the screen

Only looks don't justify this high price for a Chinese startup
