i think its company's publicity stunt. the company is new. nobody knows them. so by announcing a cheapest smartphone, they put their name on banners, now everybody knows 'RB' and with taking ruling political party for their support (may be due to some corporate and/or political benefit) no one will doubt on them. i'm getting a filmi plot in my mind tees maar khan??? i bet after distributing some phone sets on cheap price as an investment, they will launch a full fledged phone with a decent price.
