AnonD-364786, 21 Feb 2016soon we will be hearing hyped news about million pre-orders...followed with the reports of Samsung declaring that sales is disappointing and not as expected.
I will stick to my S5 or revert back to my Nokia 808 as my daily driver. Android is going the wrong way and looks way too much like iOS in later iterations. Not to mention all that white is bad when you use your phone at night (or darker places) and bad for battery-usage on AMOLed equipped devices. Then there's the fact that the flat icons look hideous! You can't even tell the difference between icons or you background when you have a relatively busy background. Sure, there used to be a nice soft shadow under the main icons on the home-screen but that is now gone on many launchers adding more to this confusion. Rumors even suggests that soon even the "app drawer" would be gone.

And if these morons keep lowering the pixel count on these smartphones... then I might as well go back to my Nokia 808 Pureview. In its 8MP Pureview-mode (combinded with a REAL flash) it smokes everything old and new with regards to still image photography.

So why would get this S7?

all seems nice, but i don't understand why sammy didn't jump on the usb type-c ship? that's the future. all flagships this year will come with usb type-c...strange decision!

HONESTLY THIS PHONE WILL TAKE THE FLAGSHIP. 12mp? not a problem . how about the feature of the 12mp? well done. seems that slight changes that was been made from the design. but the feature is well improved. :)

No Fan Boy...!, 21 Feb 2016Awesome phones...especially the S7 Edge...loved it...! Now... moreMe too, my Note 5 is an amazing device, because of lack of SD card slot I had to buy 64 GB version which costs more than INR. 8,000/- here in India, hope Note 6 will have micro SD card slot and USB Type-C port.

                      Finally, well done Sammy.....

I'll keep supporting mass Samsung boycott until they figure out that premium device should have premium after purchase service and premium quality control. And until they apologizes for swinish support.

Almost perfect fantastic phone. Only thing Sammy has to do is issue a voucher with every phone entitle the owner one battery change at Samsung service centre in the first 3 year life of the phone. That will satisfy those who wants removable battery. Can we have a commitment from Sammy?

a well rounded phone especially the edge version, why change if not broken. A phone should look like a phone for practical reasons and not prototype gadgets. Hope the note 6 will be the perfect one :D

Please no iphone talk that is an old company about to die. Its only for the daft or the few prisoners they have.

Good enough improvement indeed. Definitely the more solid smartphone. Early word out to all OEMs - consumers WILL be expecting new designs come next year (hopefully not like the G5 though). Depending on how the iPhone 7 looks this year, it might definitely be the case.

                                      nice presentation SAMSUNG like it
nice phones S7 and S7 edge specs are cool to but innovation was missing like LG did with G5 , i like both LG and SAMSUNG this two phones are like LG the ROMAN REIGNS and SAMSUNG S7 and S7 edge like BROCK LESNER i think SAMSUNG wins
                                      BANG BANG BABY

AnonD-404257, 21 Feb 2016whats the innovation???? nothingIn 2015 Dual Edge Screen is Samsung's innovation, in 2015 what LG offer?
