After the download it showing software installed failed & showing get online help. I attempted three times still showing the error. Please replay with regard to this.

To solve this issue follow the below steps,
1. Delete your Google account
2. Recreate your Google account
3. Clear all your apps cache
4. Clear cache for all system processes as well
5. Take a backup of your contacts
6. Now clear data in android contacts process (this Will delete all your contacts)
7. Now restore your contacts
You're all set now...

go to advance setting- backup & reset-data backup (take the backup in sd card) after its done!
you will have to factory reset the phone
go to advance setting-backup & reset- factory data reset...after this is done restore the data by same procedure..

My phone got perfectly updated, I faced issue with whatsup, I just installed again its working now.
I have observed this version is light only 1gb ram consumption.
Only thing is font is not clear and call logs and msgs appear in black and white....

just updated.totally wrecked my phone. end of the update came some error then i choose rerecovery now my phone keeps booting. using power button and volume button i manage to hard reset my phone butt it didin't work. can't even charge the phone or plug in the pc

Anyone else having problems after update? My honor 6 became sloxer after I installed the android 6. Not like "end of the world" slow but the difference is clearly noticable.
