Seems pretty interesting, altough I don't care at all about my clothing so the theme would seem random to my eyes.
I would love something on the lines of Windows 10 theme that changes with the wallpaper.

Smart thinking.. but I doubt the theme change is worth a patent. RGB color recognition probably is but changing theme is too trivial.. Unless the whole phone changes color
