let's take a look at Xiaomi Mi5 that features 128GB UFS2.0 with USB type-c hopefully USB3.1 interface. let count the speed of it.

I suspect iPhone 7 or 7s to be their first one! Getting beyond 128 GB is really crazy with cloud storage options! It would be next to impossibility if you have so much content and you can't even switch your devices!

I say more likely Note 7 or Note 8 will have 256GB inbuilt storage rather than Note 6.

Yeah, they can release 32+GB models because its about profits, many different memory models so they can easily up price. Or limit to not release it worldwide. After years hard to expect something more than bigger S7 copy with Some changes. Nothing moving to tears. Everyone just up some specs and says its best phone while there is always some But...

They showcase their Super VOOC charging that can fully charge a device with 2600mah battery in just 15 minutes at the MWC event. I think Samsung will go for that technology instead. Removable battery is no longer spotted in most flagship this year apart from LG.

i hope they give only one option for internal storage and that will be 256 gb ufs 2.0 and of course along with micro sd slot 4000 mah (minimum) battery usb type c 3.1 connection 6 gb ram and 5.8 inch 4k screen
then they can charge as much as they want for it because it will possibly the ultimate phone ever

Hahaha, as predicted - 256 GB for the Note 6 will compel me getting it to replace my Note 3. I can wait another 6 months for this.
Next is removable battery coming back, copying the LG G5 implemented method. I don't mind the shameless copying. It's a win to the users. Unless Samsung game-change the battery to new and upcoming battery technology that holds 10 times the capacity, I wouldn't mind a sealed battery.
But then they will NOT likely do that since they want us buying products every year.

In case of Note 6 it has to have 6GB at least. Unlike Windows where ram is for multitasking, in android it's for everything. Do you want to load a new app? Don't worry, if your ram is big enough it's probably preloaded somewhere in there, *bam* instant reload...
Of course I don't have much faith to Samsung's memory management , they kill apps too aggressively when they reside in ram, probably because they're a leaky mess. Hey, Samung! Fix yo apps, don't limit ram caching!
