Moto X Pure Edition starts receiving February security patch

Google’s latest security patch is being rolled out to Moto X Pure Edition users soon. The process should take a few days for it to fully roll out and as you know, it’ll be rolled out in random batches of devices.

Arif238, 26 Feb 2016Does this also bumps the android version from 6.0 to 6.0.1 ?No Still 6.0. The app drawer and scrolling through the whole operating system is fast.

I got this update today about 4 hrs ago. I was coming from the November patch. App drawer would lag scrolling would lag when on chrome and in apps in Google plus. In the February patch all those issues I had on my device are now fixed and the phone feals faster then when I first bought it 5 months ago. Disclaimer these are the issues I had in my device.
