Reiki, 02 Mar 2016Some people often forget that a phone is not the specs that... moreI totally agree! I have tried several phones for years. And the aftersale service is the thing that kept me coming back to those companies aside from the specs and real-life performance. I tried iphone, then currently using an xperia and just bought samsung last year. Out of these three, samsung is the one that is poor on updates. Security patch was just updated since december 2015. Bla.

Some people often forget that a phone is not the specs that you see on paper. Sure, it matters a lot because you can see the internal hardware, but you're also paying for the labor over the software, all those optimizations, updates, features added from software, ease of use on the interface, how fast any issue is resolved, the technical support, the durability of the materials used...
That's when you see the guy saying: That's too expensive, I can buy the XXX phone from YYY cheap and with no aftersales service, bad build quality, bad camera software, etc... but hey! the specs on paper are good!

That's the reason some companies like Sony provide phones so expensive, because they provide really good and often updates, improvements and some other aftersales services.

              Best smartphone on the market!
Android with security, an amazing curved screen, great camera, 20+ hours battery life and a slider PKB make this device the best out there!

Try 4k for the video or option of 1080p. Flex back? Nice try apple guy.

BB be killin' it. Updates via Google Play is genius. And they're really frequent! The Priv is a great device. I don't own one but I think I'll go for it's successor.

It pushes in with the slightest force. I don't think the internals are safe which such a weak back. The Blackberry Passport had much better build quality, it was built like a tank! But anyway, if the price was right i'd consider it because i love physical keyboards, but it's priced way too high. Over the top high..

BB is stopping all support for BB10 devices. The software team has been reassigned to work on updating Android or lay-offed.

Wow they can make improvements via Google Play .Why can't the others do that.

It`s starting to all come together for the Priv, pretty sure Blackberry will kill it with their next Android Flagship, shame that the price is not very competitive, but the built quality kinda makes up for it.
