I bought SanDisk Ultra 128GB micro SD card for my Sony Xperia Z3. The price was 100$. I won't buy new one. But SanDisk cards are really good and durable.

Based on my experience; please never re-format the card whatever the reason is. My card failing faster after reformatting with recommended setting. Luckily I found the factory formatter from official site and the card run smoothly for more than a year till now. If you reformat it but didn't find any issue; it's because I'm using it more frequent than you (like 24/7 non-stop torrent download).

weird. i'm using many sandisk microsd from 2011 and their never fail.
i reccomended to my family too and they never complain it.

First: u might be deceived and bought an imitated copy of SanDisk products
Second: I'm currently owning a 16gb SanDisk sd card for over a year running inside my s4 and I didn't have any problems inspite of using its full capacity mostly, also I used to own a 16gb sandisk usb flash for nearly year and half and was functioning perfectly till I lost it somewhere near my friend's house , not to mention that I bought an 8gb SanDisk sdcard for my sis and is functioning since 3 years -__-
Third: I said SanDisk is best of the cheapest, is samsung and sony cheap ?? :/ , I meant any other Chinese products not sony or Samsung

Sandisk is the long-lived gold standard for flash memory, the trouble with it is they are victims of their own success: every faker out there has already used the Sandisk brand and packaging to sell their knockoff memory.
There are valid complaints one could use against Sandisk (for instance their cheaper memory is usually slow), but long-term reliability is certainly not one of them.
And yeah, I do happen to buy A LOT of flash memory in bulk. Like expected, I have seen every single manufacturer under the sun ship more than once a bad memory. Sandisk (along with Samsung) are by far better than all others, even in their RMA process. Are you sure you didn't mean Transcend? There's your crappy memories right there!

It's true one of ten memory cards produced by SanDisk happen to have long lifespan as ones from Sony and Samsung but nine rest rarely even reach first 4 to 6 months and just suddenly fails....

based on my XP, Sandisk MicroSD cards might be the best of the cheapest SD cards to get, that's of course when you buy original ones, thats apply perfectly when it come to the flash memory usbs from SanDisk which are really durable

On holiday i was taking pictures and all of a sudden MicroSd caard flashed itself and all data got lost. microsd card was not even visible as a drive. and data could be not recovered. all memories and photos were burn. NO MORE SANDISK AGAIN FOR ME

Only samsung and sony memory cards are worth the money...san disc is junk with to big defective rate no mater how cheap is it really worth the risk ?

Haha, but based on experience, I cannot trust SanDisk as I had 3 of them all corrupted after some 6 months. However, my 64GB Samsung microSD has so far lasted me over a year.
I'm waiting for 256GB microSD cards to start coming out.
