and the most important:
htc didn't copy apple design or any thing like that.A9 design is related to htc that started from one M7 and that's htc design language.....
also you have to know that htc and apple signed a contract together that allows both sides can use many of each other innovations(htc uses more than apple/don't ignore both are my favorite phone).....

Just gimmick - android phones already have context menus with dedicated keys. iphones only have one key, hence they created (rather complicated) workaround, but it is very intuitive and unreliable. As well I have use of work macbook 12 (hate it, would never buy personal mac) and it has that "force touch" mouse , similar to iphone "3d touch"... i just HATE IT.. it is so dumb and you need to be so careful with mouse not to initiate some dumb option it gives e.g. on older mac book air 13 inch which I as well have (and hate) it is pretty simple to "drag and drop".. try it on new mac and you will be surprised how simple task becomes headache. There are no better mouse then on my Samsung np900x3f (not to mention it is touch screen as well)... but 3d touch is the dumbness on yet another level.. I did testing on both iphone 6 and 6s and it is really up to application maker to introduce the context menus for 3d touch, so on 90% of application it is not even working.. it is not like hardware feature working regardless of app (like for example Samsung "smart stay" which works at firmware level regardless of software). Hope it will never make the way to mainstream-android.

Please any normal company, thinking with own head, don't include this useless feature. Instead put bigger battery, waterproof design or any other that's useful to people.

Its the same old story. First android fans will say its a gimmic and useless feature. Then the next year all android phones will have the same feature. Apple fans will say that android copied it. Android fans will then find a phone from the past 100 years and will say that it introduced this feature first and apple copied from them. Also to my andoid friends, dont worry u are not going to get this gimmicky feature, u will will get what u guys most importantly want i.e, 1 more gb of ram.

Force Touch was first introduced (chronologically) by http://consumer.huawei.com/minisite/worldwide/mateS/touch.htm. I do not want it on a Nexus at all. Let it be an "exclusive" feature to iPhones.

Yuck. This is the dumbest, gimmickiest feature. I tried it on the iPhone and it is incredibly annoying to use. It does nothing that a long touch doesn't already do, but is much more unreliable.
If you long touch, you don't have to know how long it takes and get it right, you just hold down until you get a context menu (or whatever). But with force touch your constantly pressing, not getting what you want, pressing harder, softer. Blech. Totally dumb.
And again, it was just a different way to get what you could already get from long touch on Android, which works better and has been around for years.
Please don't put this in the Nexus phone. I do not want to have to fiddle with ridiculous getting the pressure just right touches, in order to do something I can already do with a better easier gesture.
Force touch is a classic example of superficially appearing to make something better and easier, while making it worse and less useable.

I expected every chinese company to copy apple's innovation but not htc.well i think its only natural after the release of htc a9.maybe now they will copy even the UI like xiaomi and huawei
