There is no rush on MS's part because there has been the WP 10 technical previous avaialble for a WHILE!
I use my Lumia 1520 with WP10 Tech Preview as my daily driver and no complaints so far;
so I'm not bitching if the official roll out isn't available yet.

There's no rush. Its not like this update is gonna ruin your wp device, or anything.
