sony is superior, lg is ousome and sammsung is not bad. S7 will be killed by xperia X performace. Fone of the year LG G5 slaughtered by iosish marshmellow. Enjoy android monks.. my 6s is golden gift anyday.

For especially my dear fans of Samsung phones, announce that we had the opportunity to test streaming, series S7 from Samsung, today, both the S7, and S7 EDGE. Here's my guess about this series, specifically, after i got my contact with it :
          1-design, is trivial.
2-phone screen is too small front upper and lower edges that give an unpleasant aspect of the human eye. I mean the screen size ratio towards the base of the phone body. It is an unfortunate choice of sizes, which is not pleasant. Had to screen at least 80% of the phone body.
3-Material body, giving a sensation of METAL (iron) to the touch unpleasant
4-Size phone is acceptable to the human hand.
5-phone command are properly placed, both on the left and on the right side, what gives a comfort of use
6-- the control button, at the bottom of the phone, on the face, of the screen, it looks and reacts promptly act upon it when
7-Resolution display screen gives a nice image, but only when the ambient brightness is strong. If a little dark in the environment where you use it, there is a no small brightness of the images reproduced.
8-the quality of the images date, from the front camera is acceptable, with some traces of darkness visible.
9-the quality of the images date, from the rear camera is excellent.
10- O.S installed on phone, reply promptly orders received
These are my first impression, to hot, about this phone.
At the end, as they usually do, give a all phones tested. This is the European system, Note 8 (on a scale from 1 to 10), and the American system, C (on a scale from A to E)
In conclusion, i recommend PURCHASE, those who can afford to provide that exorbitant price demanded by Samsung.
As a strictly personal opinion, i would not NEVER too much money on a phone that does not stand out with anything special and innovative.

Christian, 06 Mar 2016And because of plain numbers as you said,India IS one of th... moreYour assumptions are flawed because population is never the size of the market. The Smartphone market in India is still only around 1/6 of the population. Of that, only about 4% is the premium segment. Apple only operates in the premium segment, hence they will never be a top player when it comes to market share. However, if you look at the premium segment alone, Apple and Samsung, who control over 90% of the market, have similar market share. No other companies come close.

The Indian market, though large, is still akin to other developing nations. That means cheap, low margin phones are what will sell the vast majority of the time. That's why Europe and USA are favoured for earlier release dates.

Last year S6 made people to go to iphone because of non removable battery and fixed storage. From last year samsung mistake now most of them are in apple golden custody. So to remove them from apple eco system samsung is going to spend 15 million or more for advertising. But I think its not so easy to pull people from apple eco system....only they can do is to stop people going inside apple eco system. Also apple is now coming with new product 5se mid range phone... Also in india most people think apple phones are of higher quality, luxury item and more secure.... S6 was the samsung biggest mistake in India....Now samsung wants to tell every one s7 has expandable memory with bigger battery....hope samsung becomes successfully.

For the same reason the Galaxy S 7 will not be one of the top selling phones in India either. It's plain economics. India is a developing country and does not have the consumer base to support widespread adoption of devices in that price range. There is nothing wrong or right about it. Just plain numbers.
