this is 6.0 crap is no good and old better 5.1.1 easy clear and 6.0 is different..

After z5 Premium update to Marshmallow the phone does seem quicker but the battery drain is horrific 9am this morning full charged, no apps open all day turned on only a few times to use Authy app by 1pm I am down to 50%, something seriously wrong there. I just turned on battery save mode in Android lets see if that helps, though unfortunately it does say I might not even receive an SMS or email in that mode unless I open apps so I may as well turn the phone off. Sony bring back your own battery saver mode please I always got through whole day with that, looking like I'll get about 12 hours with phone not even being used now. For anyone wondering I recommend you stick with Lolipop as you cant revert.

Don't forget to turn it ON else battery will drain off quickly.
Then phone seems to be faster than before.
Heating up of battery has been reduced to an extent.

Anonymous, 11 Mar 2016the battery is amazingly Draining fast without stamina mode... moreMy battery was also draining fast without having stamina mode...but later I turned ON the battery saver mode with Marshmallow version. Now it is working fine.
Please select ---- settings --- battery saver --- ON
Hope it will solve the issue

New marshmallow for xperia z3plus is little frustrated to me. cuz they removed swip from bottom to google search and the home screen autorotate. can't they bring that back to the sony phones
And the good thing is now sony supports sinhala language.

I just received my update to marshmallow from sony and i haven't downloaded it yet. Im waiting for an honest review from other people who are using xperia z5 premium. The update or upgrade to marshmallow will eat a big chunks of memory almost 1.3 gb.
