Hi all Pebble Team members;
So much is happening so fast with Pebble Time I'm left in the dust but am glad to see such incredible progress. I also own two Apple Watches and three Pebbles.
Apples getting up and running way beyond their own immediate past and I'm loosing touch there too. The cost of their apps is "whoa". Just for your info, they've yet to create an automatic sleep app I don't have to turn on and off manually.
With Pebble Time, when, if ever, can we respond to email, gmail, sms messages by voice on iOS? What about being able to dial via the iOS BlueTooth by voice directly from my Pebble contact list. Having to use my iPhone for that is always messy (especially if you're driving). Just use the iPhones speaker for talking.
As far as athletic apps go, I'm sadly not an athlete anymore so presently it's a wash for me at 75 years old.
Pebble Smart Bands need to get going quickly, almost all other manufacturers will have some serious concerns about those. And hey, what about Blocks, guys? They're nearly ready to ship and presently Pebble's got no immediate credible defense.
Just keep up with the incredible Pebble process but explain in non technical wizardry what's going on. I don't have a dictionary to explain all the 2-3-4 capitalized letters either...???
I hope the young computer whiz's out there don't knock me down but It looks like Pebble and it's developers, et al are talking to computer people more than us old farts.
Sincerely;
John
