Anonymous, 10 Mar 2016yeah but quality wise and after market support on starmobil... morenever tried a myphone, but I know star mobile anything goes wrong with your phone expect it to sit for about a year in there repair center, waiting on parts for it to be repaired. And that's not an exaggeration had a starmobile diamond s2 after 6 months the touch screen went out. it sat in the star mobile repair shop for 7 months , was finally repaired. the screen then went out again within a month of getting it back , with the replacement part. sat only 3 months this time. for a screen the moment I got it only half worked. so immediately went right back in. I finally had to complain to there corporate and got the phone a week later. don't know how it is doing now though. the exact moment I got it back, sold it. 2 friends of mine at work had dismal experiences with cherry mobile, and that was there more expensive top of the line phones. one flat out died and wouldn't power up needing a new motherboard. the other was egads screen issues. both taking forever to get back. so yeah im kind of against buying a local phone here after my experiences with them.

I know Cherry is cheap, but it doesn't in any way compare with Samsung. The only thing that people might prevent people from buying this is that it has less than 1gb RAM...then again, most people buy what is affordable. Very few people are actually into tech.

i don't think this phone will be a hit maker here in the philippines. since we have our own philippine phones Cherry Mobile and My Phone brands which are manufactured here in the philippines and are very cheap... The new Cherry Mobile Flair S4 is only for P4499 and in some stores P3999 and has a 5" HD screen, 2GB of RAM dual sim 8 GB internal Storage with expandable memory + OTG Support, 13MP/5MP camera and there are a lot more phones from Cherry Mobile and My Phones which has a good mid/low range specs which are much more better than this phone however it will depend on the consumer as we have our own like and dislikes
