I am no Iphone hater and I just come here to check out new phone news when I came across the Iphone 4 video.
This video was full of lies and crap which made me very angry that a company like this would lie so badly to its customers.
"Brings video calling to the world"? Honestly?
The only people being new to Video calling are those poor Iphone users which is like only 16% of the worlds smartphone users.
the rest of the 84% of smartphone users have experienced this about 5 years ago or more!

Wraping old stones into slick packaging and introducing it as innovation and overly market it to make a point positive to those who doesn't know such a thing existed before. They could use it for good, make things better than they are and earn true respect but sad to seey they are using the way around for double or even fourtimes the sales.

[deleted post]Get both. I have both the ipad and the iphone and I'm very happy with both devices. Web surfing for longer periods of time would be much better on the ipad than on the iphone. Pictures and videos are also better viewed on the ipad than the iphone.

It's funny to see Apple has realized it at last that people need phones to call each other (video call - at last!!!), not only have just another private multi-media gadget for showing off... :-DDD
On the other hand it is really sad (even tragic!) to see how contemporary marketing is spreading plain lies.
Isn't anybody going to sue them for this? It's clear as water mis-leading advertising! If this video will show up in Europe officially - I think there is at least one company to fire at Apple, and to win. (Of course - this is part of Mr.Jobs' plan about buzz creation around the new piece, because the _only_ new feature of the device is it's low price, set to undermine other vendors profitability...)

Video calling will Become Popular with this Device , As Apple has quite a Huge Foot Print in The Market . People here are Abusing each other and taking Sides , Some in da favour of Apple , and Most against the Apple !! Lets Overview the cons and Pros Of iPhone 4 and How it stacks against the Biggest Competitors in da Market ( Currently Android , as WIndows 7 has a Long way to come and by dat time , Apple might have sold all of its available iPhone 4 stock and Be Preparing for iPhone 5 )
Pros : High resolution Display , Hd recording with 5 MP , Video Calling ( BUT from iPhone 4 to IPhone 4 ) , Amazing Build Quality and Aesthetics
Cons : Outdated UI , Screen hi Resolution but cant compete with SUPER AMOLED or AMOLED , Not Par with Android OS in terms of Functionality and Aesthetics as well as Customization , Apple Restrictions ( BIG NO for most of the Apple Haters ) ,The Area Above and Below the Screen is Wasted as such a huge area without the actual screen is there ,with No added funtion
Biggest competitor : Samsung Galaxy S i9000 ( Undoubtedly , If Froyo comes Pre – Installed on it , Ever Tech Person know that this will be the Hottest and Most Powerful Phone Available )
Other Competitors : HTC EVO 4G ( in terms of Functionality and Fast Internet ) , Google Nexus One ( Aesthetics and Functionality plus Support From Google ) , HTC Desire and HTC Incredible ( NOT Much , Most Of My Friends Have Already sold them Back in the Anticipation of Samsung Galaxy S ) , Nokia N8 ( Just for its Camera , Not the OS itself )
Conclusion : Apple know 1 thing Best , HOW TO SELL THE PRODUCT . And i Have No Doubt that they will Do it to the people who are Loyal to Them and the People who are not aware of the market and technology . But Technology and Market Evaluating People know the very Fact that ANDROID is the Most ADVANCED OS available with such a Prompt and Efficient Support From Google as well as Hardware Manufacturers . Developers have already noticed this thing and Taking Huge interest in the Platform .
If I have to choose my cell phone for this Year , it will Undoubtedly be Samsung Galaxy S ( SUPER AMOLED , 5 mp HD video @ 720 p , Fastest CPU and GPU , PLus Froyo ) . To B Honest , I dont like the Samsung’s Build Quality , this is 1 thing i wish that it would have been like iPhone 4 .. Other than that , Samsung galaxy S has such a Huge Advantage over iPhone 4 thats not easy to Look Down !!
