If your phone ore microwave over was made in the UK it would cost 10 times more and no one would buy it. On the other hand, chinese companies have the bad habit of infringing patents so less cost for R&D besides the cheap labor. That is why their products are cheaper. I will give you an example, swag-way was a chinese copy of the segway that sold for a tenth of the price. The company that made it got sued by segway but they made so much money that they bought segway and the lawsuit was ceased.

They will already Know They are Biggest Remanufacture In the World ....
(Still They are releasing 2 Megaphone 3 megaphone camera in Their smartphone .
But Sony is not that type ..sony updating their OS (android 5 to 6) but Samsung does not.....)
Totally East Lovers ...:).

The Chinese companies are heavily subsidised by the Chinese government meaning they can sell at a loss to gain market share. Samsung is playing a losing game they can only differentiate using hardware and the Chinese can put out nice hardware at a lower price while using the same operating system. Apple is in the best position because they don't have to compete on specs and have their own os .

AnonD-236087, 15 Mar 2016Chinese phones are cheaper because they infringe patterns a... moreso, other than phones, why almost all electronic products are made in China? most of my electronics (tv, blu-ray, sound system, speakers, phones, laptop, etc) are from famous brands from outside china like sony, behringer, kenwood, hp, imac, and you can find letters on the back 'made in china' ..and even my appliances like refrigerator, washing machine, juice maker, food processor, coffee maker, microwave, are mostly from famous brand outside china (panasonic, electrolux, hitachi, phillips etc) but still you can find on the back 'made in china' can you explain that?

I dont understand why people arguing the price gap between BOM and retail price of a phone.. Have you ever wonder if you order an omelette in a first class french restaurant it can cost more than 10$, but the cost of a couple of eggs only less than a dollar.. That's why we learn economy at school to understand it

cinese phones are cheaper because they are not paying royalties on technology they have 'borrowed'.
thats why you cant buy them in usa/europe as they would get sued into oblivion.
