Microsoft officially starts Windows 10 Mobile rollout for older devices

The update is on its way over-the-air to some handsets that have been on Windows Phone 8.1 so far.

        Got it on my Lumia 640xl here in Indonesia.
        anybody installed on on 640xl yet? any advice whether my phone needs to be formatted or not?

              For me this was the only way to instal since it wasn't on the store.

                        It's, ditto as beta, taken whole day, first. 107 then again reupdate thenthen. 164. Same as using from insiders. He'll no major breakthrough, wastage of one year, and calls drop, whatsapp closes, etc. No more upgrades for life to 11 onwards. Live with it.
