Wow. When I thought Android couldn't be more late with those yearly OS upgrades.. Then there's Windows Mobile. Seriously I thought they upgraded long time ago?

I updated on 640 dual sim.working well.no hiccups and no nothing.w10 seams more organised and the apps better.the 2 updates take a while.

Well done MS. its worth for our long waiting. W10 works very well than 8.1. now key board supporting my language(Tamil) thank you MS. Edge is faster than IE and also supporting flash video. W10 store better than 8.1. but battery draining 50% quicker than 8.1. i believe MS will fix this issue in their next update.

Updated.but after the main update there was another update.And after that my phone is not working.only apps are working but no telephony,sms,phone settings,store. How to solve the problem. Please reply.i ve 730 dual sim in India.please help me.

After struggling more than 15 hours try to DOWNLOAD this update, my 1520 is now stuck somewhere in the INSTALLATION phase completely crashed, dead and hopelessly useless !
I’ve never experienced such nightmare with my Android’s, iPhones, BlackBerries, or even the old Nokias for that matter.
[and yes I’ve followed the correct procedure and downloaded that app first which congratulated me big time for being lucky to be eligible and ready for the update !!! ]
Microsoft half-hearted half-baked effort in this smartphone business is not good enough.

Meh! i knew this would happen. Only thing consistent with MS and WP is that it keeps on disappointing time to time.

How come 1320 is not supported? It used to be a part of the Developer Preview but the legit update does not support it?

Both the preview build and the build you get from the update are 100%same. The build is compiled only once, every time a new build is compiled the version number changes.
They only use different apps to push the update. Even in their update notes they clearly mention this.

1020, 19 Mar 2016Update for my lumia 1020?Windows wont support nokia 1020 even though it was there most expensive phone to ever come out. So many people have left windows phones for this reason and lack of apps. If there really is no update for my 1020 I will be looking at android or apple. I hope microsoft reconsiders updating 1020s otherwise i will never go back to windows phones.

create a 2nd version of lumia 1020 that will get windows 10 mobile. the front cam, the video recording, the back cam must be upgraded......
