"Sony does have some spotty reputation in this department with certain recurring issues like corner softness and a lot of noise under less than favorable lighting. Looking at the samples form the Z5 we sadly see many of these issues yet again - some shots came out quite blurry around the edges and a lot of detail seems to have this watercolor like look, which is usually a result of poor noise reduction algorithms."
thats why z5 doesnt deserve high dxomark score.

Anonymous, 21 Mar 2016because such blurry edges camera doesnt deserve high dxomar... moreThis is not call blur edge, this is due to the focus processing the background defocus to show the object more significant and prominent, this isn't a bad thing if you know what is photography you probably love it, this is a advanced photography technic.

i cant believe note 5 got that point bc its camera is worse than s6 ore even note 4, and why they didnt include l950/xl and lg v10 or g4 or g5, i kinda feel theye are samsung fanboys

I have read and seen reviews of other smartphone cameras in which the reviewers themselves dispute the DXoMark results, and at times just say that they are flat out wrong.
This is a site that rates the iPhone 5S camera above that of the Nokia 808 and Lumia 1020 after all.
Best people don't put all their stock in the findings of DXoMark, but rather read many reviews/tests, and see what the general consensus is.
