This update completely shut down my Priv and it would not restart. Black screen and will not respond to any methods to restart or connect to computer. I have been ignored by both Blackberry and AT&T on the issue. To clarify, I'm a novice, but the update showed up, started to run and seconds later my device was dead. Wondering if I'm the only one with the problem or if it's widespread.

AnonD-173154, 22 Mar 2016I'm waiting for one more drop and I'll buy it. Needs to be ... moreTwo things:
- terrible expensive,
- honestly I would prefer a side slider (I had a million years ago a Nokia E7 - touch screen and side slider, brilliant device).

For those that will start commenting (like always) that the price is too elevated, remember that the actual service is not the specs that you see on paper. There's always the software optimization, the ease of use of the UI, the way the keys are set on the phone to provide as much comfort as possible, the design, updates provided... you're paying for all of that. And even if some companies offer better specs on paper, they don't always show all that performance in real life, and usually most companies don't really offer often updates, or optimize the UI that well.
