Its really funny ever since the ipad was released every company starts taking their tablets more seriously. The same was for the iphone it has revolutionised the mobile industry now you don't see any high end device with no touch screen even some mid range phones have touch screens, all this thanks to apple and all those idiotic obsessed apple haters will always claim that touch screen phones were made before the iphone ofcourse they were made but most of them were experimental and never made flagships (e.g nokia 7710 which nokia never took serious at the time the nokia flagship was the 6630) its a fact that apple revolutionised the mobile industry more evidence is even seen when companies start to open their apps store just after apple proved it was successfull now we see ovi,android app store. Apple is a natural born leader others are natural followers interms of innovation.

If you have too eyes you can see the resemblance between the new iphone and old nokia products, I'm not saying is wrong but it's kind of obvious!!! And what it's wrong it's denying, if every touch phone nowadays it's called a copy of the iphone just because of the touch screen I don't see why it's so wrong to assume that in fact the design it's king of the same of the old nokias, or inspired by, has you wish...
And Apple would never license anything to samsung, are you kidding? They are extremely aggressive about their own stuff, that in my opinion are in fact not that great, they just know how to sell it, and to be honest, that is the trick!

Looks like Galaxy S more than anything to me. Could be Galaxy S Pro (version with QWERTY), since GSMArena knows its not Galaxy S :P
I don't see anything bad with copying Apple design. If there is no legal action involved, I don't see a problem with it.
Besides, what is Apple design? Big touch-enabled screen that takes up the whole front screen? Excuse me, photo frames were here first. So iPad is a giant photo frame to me.
