Unless you're gaming it makes no difference.

Dat downgrade to 3GB though would certainly hurt. Ram is everything to android responsiveness. The more you have the more responsive (caching everywhere)...

      can someone tell me what will be the significant performance difference between a device running sd820 and sd620.. Ram utilization? Nano seconds faster? Or heat and battery optimization?

              If we will chose, that will be good

              So htc can sell the SD652 for cheap price and the SD820 for higher price
