Now that BlackBerry is getting out of the handset business (and certainly not releasing touchscreen only devices), why not have someone else use that design?

People like you are what's wrong with the cell phone market. It doesn't even show the entire photo, but because it just looks somewhat similar to the BB Z30, based on seeing the middle portion of the screen and frame, you dismiss it? Pathetic.

From the photo, that looks just like the BlackBerry Z30.
