Oppo says the F1 Plus is identical to the recently-announced R9

30 March, 2016
It appears the F1 Plus is simply an international moniker for the Oppo R9.

I can't believe for the money (it's now $199 in Aus retail) how much value it offers. Unbelievably smooth, 3GB ram, octa core chip, only downside is maybe the 720p if that bothers you but I can't say I've used it and gone "this is crap compared to my nexus 6"

I had an experience with OPPO R7 Plus, obviously after using SAMSUNG and HUAWEI, it's not enough to say that OPPO is insane! amazing phone with incredible performance, I expect for OPPO to be one of the flagship cellular producers soon.

If R9 Plus does come outside China, then just called Oppo F1 Max.

It's amazing how people can't see how Apple design influences the industry.

"for international markets": So does this also mean different 4G bands? (I'm from Europe, and the R9's 4G bands are not really compatible with our networks if I'm not mistaken).

Do OPPO even ashamed of themselves by adopting the design elements of Apple?
Even their icons and interface are iOS alike. Such a shame

All that matters to me is how good a product some manufacturer can deliver at an aggressive price, so that we are benefited the most. What about your thoughts?

That fizzes out the whole useless steam it was building around it! Back off it no finger print sensor., makes no sense as another run of the mill stuff!

Guess they just want to save research and development costs in making a new design by just copying the iphone and galaxy flagships.
