Friends challenge feature is useless since not everyone has FB and the ability to choose which apps are able to send notifications has always been available, even in older versions (for Android, anyway).

More tiles is really the only upgrade.

If people accept the low-end fonts that are being used in Android, I don't see why they would not like Windows's better looking fonts which were actually created to be used in user interface designs.
Also, Windows's graphic UI (tiles) is the most advanced mobile UI out there. A bit ahead of its time, as other operating systems are trying to catch up to it - so maybe that's why some people don't like it yet: because they are stuck in the past and are not very receptive to new UI ideas that looks better, provide more functionality, and are easier to use.

Windows tiles = best phone/tablet UI.

Subzz, 03 Apr 2016Does anyone really buy it? Anyone?I have both fitbit surge and MS Band 2, and MS Band 2 is far better in ergonomics, however, Fitbit surge has exceptional battery life.

                Urrrgh.
Don't get me wrong - I'm no hater - but just looking at that Windows phone font and graphic UI makes my skin crawl.
                Nice looking band though! ;)
