Good grades of quality aluminum starts "above" 5000. Don't forget the lower is the number the better is the grade. Samsung makes Phones from 4000 grade aluminum and magnesium alloy.. apple from some cheap stuff previously used to make spoons in Soviet Union.

I would doubt that aftermarket casing is not par with apple original casing. Don't forget apple products are made as cheap as possible elusively in china, from cheapest possible materials at the cheapest manufacturers.. Even budget manufacturers like Foxtonn and Quanta are already to expensive for cheap iphones (cheap to make, but sold for high price to maximise the profits.. the margin is in range of 700-900%). Just cheating dumb people in profiting their pockets..

what I want is to change my iphone 6 to look like an iphone 5s, no curvy edges, only flat edges.. as an iphone fans, iphone 6 has lost its aesthetic..

Apple did some strange decisions with the SE.
I get why people would be desperate to change the look of it.
I dont think the kinda iPhone 6 look will convince anyone, so the makers should have made something a bit more interesting as a shell for it.
The SE, is a pretty good device. That makes it interesting.
However, it looks boring cause we've seen that design for so long. And it's not like it's retro, people are still using 5/5S, so no one will know that your device is new.
It wont peak the interest of people seeing it.
Some may say it looks better than the newer iPhones. But it's still an old design. And it's not a timeless classic.
10 years in to the future or so, they could have reintroduced it as a classic or retro edition, when pretty much no one will have any of the fives in working condition. Then it could have been cool.
The 5c at least had it's own design.
Not a design fitting for a device like the SE, that pack flagship grade hardware inside a very compact body.
But at least you could see that it was another iPhone, compared to the rest you saw.

even i never like and have any ios device, but iPhone5 design is much better than iphone6, why would anyone do such this useless thing... O.o

AnonD-173217, 07 Apr 2016In my opinion, 5S/SE's design is much better than 6/6S'I personally think both don't look as nice as the 4/4S either. Once they went all metal I think Johnny Ives just didn't know what to do with aerials so we ended up with the two windows on the 5/S/SE and the lines on the 6/S which kinda break up the design a bit (the iPads have this even worse on the 4G models)

The 5s design was the last one remotely approved by Jobs, after him and that, there js only going to be a downhill, so they hang on to it as much as they can...
But times have really changed since then, 4 inches and 60 screen to body ratio simply wont do today...
