I am in Thailand and got it this afternoon. 1480mb. About 1 hour to download and fully install. After having played with my phone for 3 or 4 hours I really can't see what the fuss was about. Barely any changes to most things. Biggest thing probably the "Google Now" pop up.

Guys try installing good lock
You need to download the apk though
It gives a more modern look to the marshmallow update (no root)
