AnonD-39727, 20 Jul 2016I just can't believe how samsung treat their customers diff... morenot just that, at least we in the philippines N910C are still getting the security updates, but I hate to say it, when i got 6.0.1 on my Tab S2 T715Y, it was infuriating that now the fingerprint reader is useless if the device keeps asking for you to enter the backup PIN/Pattern/Password. I am so tempted to just Odin install Marshmallow but fear that my Innovator Edition VR would not work.

We here in the philippines paid the same price for their products but we receive different level of support and timely updates. This is sickening...

My note 4 updated over night. It works if you pull the battery and put back in. But when the screen turns off. It won't turn back on. All i keep reading is "take it to a Samsung Repair Centre" Why should i? I have factory reset and still the same.

I update my note4 to lollipop but sadly something wrong on getting signal... when im inside the house have signal but when i go out or go to other places totally not get any signal. I think its on the update thats why i want to try the marshmallow but no update yet

Marshmallow "developers" are you hearing this? Marshmallow has effectively bricked every N910C on the planet as can be seen from the endless threads easily found. Lollipop sucked but Marshmallow is toast. I did a factory reset and reload and within 1 hour this release was crashing and rebooting sometimes right into the boot loader. Now I can't touch the screen in quick succession, use the camera, try to text or get Google sync to work once in a row without this phone crashing. Effectively you have bricked these phones. They are completely useless for anything other than paperweights. My next purchase, tomorrow will NOT BE SAMSUNG. In fact if I determine this is specific to Verizon I will be switching providers. I wasted half a day screwing with this and it was completely unnecessary. You guys should learn about QUALITY CONTROL, UNIT, REGRESSION and SYSTEM TESTING. Go back to school or get a job at McDonalds.

Anonymous, 08 Apr 2016Good job sammy, after all the time I got the Marshmallow update a few weeks ago and have had nothing but problems since. My phone lags constantly, I can't get my corporate email to work for anything on any app, and streaming music in the car is so sketchy it's not even worth doing it due to the annoying lags. Text keyboard freezes up. Messages seem to have difficulty sending because I keep getting notifications that the phone is retrying to send. I have reset to factory and still hasn't helped. I've spent at least six hours total on the phone with tech support trying to fix my issues and no one seems to have any solutions. I have no idea what the hype was about but I want to go back to Lollipop.

anyone else having problems seeing / moving files to their phone after marshmallow update? used to be simple to see files on the phone, but now it says phone files are "empty"

Thanks a ton to all of you who have shared the feed back on marshmallow update. My experience was very bad. It reboots on its whether its idle or am talking to someone. I had taken to care center they reloaded the whole thing manually but still the same problem. After struggling for nearly a month i sold it at dirt cheap price and got another note4. Now until am not confident about this update am not going for marshmallow...nope...

Questionable release. I downloaded marshmallow 5 days ago and I have had to re input my password for my phone and confirm it a dozen times. The share future has limited the one or two dozen options I had to share to Outlook and two people that I frequently message no other options. poor release

The share features seem to be limited to Outlook and somebody in messenger I have already talked to in the last day or so. Seems like too many issues to have been released

Wth!!! I just got the Marshmallow update last night.... I was excited to see what was going to be new. So far I'm nothing but annoyed. My keyboard freezes until the previous text is completely sent. Annoying! Now I see my vids won't play through my gallery! Now I have to find a separate vid player? Heck no! Already I have lost faith and want to revert back. Oh cute icons though.... -__-
