Hardware & software both are UGLY! How stupid a company can be?! Do they understand any language?!!! You don't have to make a revolutionary device! Just listen to the crowd stupid people (HTC of course) or disappear, go back to your old business. Nobody is complaining about your build quality or UI. Yeah people will live with huge bezels! Just make a phone like M8 with a good camera!!! Don't they understand this simple thing!!! Like WTF!!!

From a design point of view their design is like the capacitive buttons of Android 5.0/6.0 and positioned in a NORMAL oreintation, back on left and background apps on right unlike samsung. The only thing similar is the home button, I suppose you know a unique way to "create" a home button, because if not, its quite difficult, in my opinion to design a unique home button that houses a fingerprint scanner.
