chorme starts to block adblock, edge starts blocking ads. still, on a win7 pc I tried the internet explorer. and I was surprised: explorer 10 is kind of slow, but it block ads better than adblock plus
edge is cool, it works bad on slow pcs

And one more thing. Does anyone happen to remember how light and playfull Flash was in 2005? It was THE lightest thing to offer video playback and animation ina a web page. And by "light" i mean, you could run these anymations on Pentium 1!! Yes! It still is the only tool to offer anymations for web. How, mr "Enlightened" from Google and the www association are going to fill that hole up? By farting, I guess :D And who crippled Flash do you think. It's Adobe. All the bad shit came after Adobe bought Macromedia. Then came the performance issues, then came the worthless "developers" who didn't, or didn't want to know what framerate is, and pushed it up to 100 fps..... and desto the performance issues.... Yes, I saw it happening. Guess where first? On Youtube!

This seems like a trend. Blame Flash for every evil in the Universe. "Better performance", "less power consumption" ???? Are those crazy? Do they think people are blind? And what, please, is video content in HTML5, served through https???? Huh!!!! This, while flash still plays it, can't play smoothly AT ALL! This is rubbish, mr. Google! HTML5 is pure shit. And I'm not sorry to say it, no! It's not a standard, it's a money pot for hardware manufacturers! And what's with all the websites under flash??? Fuc*d up mafia....

Big Daddy, 10 Apr 2016Edge runs much more efficiently than chrome. Try new things... moreBookmarks in Edge is a total unusable mess!

Joe B, 10 Apr 2016Question: Can someone please do us a favor and share with u... moreMight not have 5 reasons altogether, however the few ones i had were quiet big ones.

1, When the Windows button was pressed nothing happened
2, Taskbar/Toolbar/W.button were simply not functioning
3, Right click on taskbar, folders basically froze the computer, and needed 3-5 mins to reset itself, without restarting

These 3 ones (and a few other minor ones) are enough for me to hate Windows 10 even though they're fixed now. When i had the issues, it literally took me 5 slow restarts to get my pc fixed, and could never find a way to fix it manually. It took Micorosft about what...7-8 months to fix these...Yeah, enough said from my side, but stuck with this. Hopefully they'll get better.

Back to article. Edge is getting better, but atm., its still barely usable when i compare it to chrome. Now, i know that adblock and other extensions are coming to Edge, but i personally will not use it until i get those updates, because the ads take more time to load than on chrome. At least, that's my experience. It's worth a try, because it has some good features :)

PS: My PC is pretty good and not even old.

                  2. They were brainwashed by critics/apple and(or) linux fans.
                  3. They are using a really old machine.
                  4. Some were really unlucky to encounter serious bugs.
                  5. They complain because they have no life.

Joe B, 10 Apr 2016Question: Can someone please do us a favor and share with u... moreWin 10 is not bad, it's just not for everyone. if your PC 5 years or newer, it should be fine. my pc is a costum i5 2500K, 16GB RAM, various pci card, old geforce gpu, 120GB SSD and over 3TB Harddisks array.

                    1. OS might be free, but software is not. my software not really compatible with windows 10 and I don't want to spend for upgrade (old pinnacle, corel, various phone utility program doesn't work or brick phone if used in win 10)
                    2. my hardware driver not available / too weak for windows 10 and I don't want to spend money to upgrade (old pinnacle card, various phone usb driver, my 8600gt won't able to drives win 10 smoothly)
                    3. I don't like forces update, I control what I update and win 10 remove our ability to pick it because I am power user.
                    4. I don't like telemetry, data mining in windows 10. No, I don't use facebook / chrome (both also data miner in case u don't know), sometimes I use vpn. I have very limited, 3rd world bandwith $7/GB prepaid with no other alternative, so any automatic data usage is a big no.
                    5. Losing control of PC, windows 10 said sometimes resetting user setting on it's own ie. services

TL;DR : my PC works for all I need now, so why I must spend money, losing privacy and control to upgrade ?

Seriously though...I've done it before and it was the single biggest mistake I've done with OS (right after that was buying Windows Vista). This OS is broken in so many ways, that most likely will leave you in regret, that you upgraded it. I see what MS is trying to do, and it's a decent idea, but they are so far from it, that it may take a year or two for them to get there.
                                      Regards
