A 10 MP camera??? i think they should release it here in england!!!! MINT camera quality!!! ugly phone tho? oh well cant have everything i guess!!!

Samsung may pump out more phones than they need to, but with models like the D870,you have to admit their pretty good.

Wow !! great phones. There's one for everyone.
I wonder is it really 10 mega pixels ?? Even advanced digital camera's have not reached so far that.
God knows, what'll be the next by samsung!!?

I have one of the numerous users of Samsung Products (GSM phone, TV, Air Condition, e.t.c.). I encourage others to use it too, but my major concern here is that most of the Samsung phone I used before and the one I am presently using has infrared device but found it very difficult to use or not useable at all compared with your peers. Moreover, there are other tecnologies, like the bluetooth in other GSM phones related products but in most of your phones those technologies are missing that attracted most people to go for Nokia and the likes. So please if you can do something on the areas I highlighted I believe you can get alot of customers all over the world. Thanks.

i don't get it. why do samsung release different phones that are so much alike in characteristics? nokia does that to and so do many other brands.

Samsung is not properly utilising their technology which is best in world. They just releasing phones one after another with no time for people to think. They should learn from Nokia. Nokia is popular becoz of their proper marketing and understanding the peoples needs....
By the way all new samsungs are great phones !!

Im so much with you on this "Otto". Its getting confusing.
They are upgrading simple things in a model and releasing it with a different number.So far I figure out all "Z" series are 3G and "i" series are with microdrive(except i750)..and the i-mode phones comes with the "i" at the end of the model number.
The rest is very confusuins. Couldnt find any similarities in their D/P/N/X/E series phones.It would have been much easier to name it by putting all calmshell or all sliders on different series. They might have some theory benid this.
I believe Samsung that way loosing to create interest in people. Its hard to keep in mind all the alphabates and numbers. Motorola is doing great by naming RAZR/ROKR. Thats one of the reason behind their success. Its easy to remember and people know it by name.

i think,the samsung mobile phones are wonderful with their equipment.the samsung co. are
in struggle to make a suitable design and high class equipment .the samsung mobiles,are
very small than any others with this class.i think that several model of samsung phones
are very equipped with their size,for example: the D600 model is small and very very
beautiful ,and this model has a excellent LCD display (320*240 pixels),but any other
models in other marks are big with this equipment.

So finally, Samsung's getting serious about something, but the thing I dont understand is, that WHY THE HELL R THEY MAKING SO MANY MODELS WITH SO MANY NUMBERS? like its SOO confusing for even the geeks like me! really.. they shud start using names or shud start numbering their fones in some definitive order! like dedicate Z series for sliders, E for clamshell..etc etc!

dude..let say if samsung sell 10mp camera in US for $1000. how many people will buy it? i guess no body. since americans are INTO free phones like razr... they dont care about $1000 fone. and if they dont sell many.. it will look bad on samsung's portfolio. they release only in korea, because RICH koreans buy those $1000phones to show off... i been to korea couple years ago and lot of them had samsung's 5mp camera phone(which was like $900)....
