LG wants developers to create some more Friends for the G5

When you're marketing a smartphone as being 'modular' while only actually offering up one additional plug-in module for it in some markets, you know you've got a problem. And thankfully LG seems to have realized it's in this exact situation with the G5 and its so-called Friends.

        Some front speakers ,phone stand, extra battery , emergency beacon , iris scanner ,temperature sensor ,attack alarm , 3D camera. , ticker screen , visual aids. , gaming add ons ,( steering wheel ,buttons for pin ball etc. ). How about joining two G5 together for super widescreen .maybe not, the opportunities go on. And on.

The G5 and including almost every smartphone that employs led flashes only have a digital shutter.

            LG should make a Raspberry Pi Zero or an Arduino friend or module with an extra battery. Also add a power button for the board/module. The G5 would be used for input and output to the board. Oh, and design the module so users can also swap out boards and/or micro SD cards.

                      there should be additional battery module which doesn't make the mobile look fat at bottom like camera grip plus it increases the battery to atleast 3500mAh (2800+700)

                              Understandable there needs to be quality control; but seriously; LG isn't even that popular for developers to bother with making modules for the G5.

                              Nonetheless, being the ONLY flagship phone with removable battery does make it stand out.

                                It is still cheaper than s7
                                Removable battery even if no modules are present i wouldnt care
                                Theres a len for samsung and iphone and i wouldnt buy same with lg
