GSM you are too late in this announcement. HTC had indeed put up the specs of HTC lifestyle on their India landing page. But I guess they realized that their was a backlash from Indian HTC fans, barely 24hours later the lifestyle vanished and HTC 10 specs showed up.

Anonymous, 14 Apr 2016Looking at their reviews it's samsungI'm glad I am not the only that can see the GSM HTC conspiracy over the recent course of times. Appears backed by Samsung. Often the compare resting images are also Samsung. The HTC 10 is arguably the worlds best smartphone.

The most likely issue is with the way HTC has their web page set up. What is displayed for mobile browsers, desktop browsers and the region where you are viewing the page from is providing different results because the pages are different.

Hmm.. Looks like they confirmed SD820 looking at tweets & msgs.. Now have to see how they handle device shipments to India.. Probably they might run short of devices here.. Really disappointing .. such a beautiful device and marketing is so bad..

Well it seems that in the last 2 days 3 seperate threads have been dealing with the same question on which model of HTC 10 will be released in India.I bet the international readers are laughing the hell out of this. It seems that some International Aid organization is depriving Indians of some Life saving medicine.Come on guys , this is business and companies will do whatever fetches them money. It seems as if HTC10 will be bought by all the 1 billion Indians as soon as it is available .
First of all , HTC is trying to measure up the demand for HTC 10 in India . Well they certainly has caught the attention of general Indians by this fiasco.HTC has released the price in US and it is close to 700$. Here it will convert to almost 46K. Indians allways pay a premium for top level branded stuff and hence the price should near 49K. But no , I am sure that the kind of hype they have crearted this phone may be available ( if at all ) after maybe a quarter when all the EU/US sales have subsided down amnd that too at a price no less that 60K.And average Indians will jump on that.
I think guys , we Indians should consider before spending an enormous amount of money on anything the after sales service. As far as I have seen HTC and HUawei have the worst after sales service. In paper HTC 10 has jaw dropping specs . It seems that the specs are never ending. But so do other East Asian Companies like Xiaomi , One plus , etc.. One once the gadget breaks loose , you will run from pillar to pole trying get service / parts of the materials.
In that regard it is wise to spend money on tried and tested companies like Samsung / LG / Sony which at least has a stable Service / Labour in India better that HTC / Meizu / Xiaomi .

Looks like the tag is gone completely. They have finally corrected.

However, still no confirmation on dual-sim version availability. They are still not understanding that we are the second largest dual sim phones consumers in the world. Samsung understood it with latest Note and Galaxy S series.

Problem seems to be a technical one...as accessing HTC India website on chrome via mobile shows Lifestyle version, but when accessed on other browsers like CM and HTC internet browser, it displays HTC 10 with sd820...in fact HTC India official FB account posted that HTC 10 is indeed coming soon...no mention of Lifestyle...:)

[deleted post]Dude we dont pay EMI on phones. We buy it at full price what ever we like, Unlocked and Sim Free.
