If we are talking specs then go check IPhone 6 specs. You need more spec on those Samsung and Chinese phones cause they come with non removable preloaded garbage. This phone has the guts of better battery management and Ram management and the best of all comes with mostly a stock android look and probably the least bloatware after Moto. Its rather disappointing though about the Lollipop on Indian Phones.

Good phone with proper service network. I was earlier using karbonn and had to give up for their pathetic service network. For Chennai, they have one service center in a corner of the city. It would be 25 to 40 kms away for most of the people.

I bought this for INR 13000. Which is higher than the chinese and micromax phones for same specs. I had purchased Micromax's YU Yureka a year ahead for INR 8999. It came with very huge specs in the price segment. One year of 'fight' with Yureka is over now. I'm tired of using it. Battery drained instantly and after the Android 5.1 update, the phone became a Joker because it used to freeze and restart as it wished. LG K10 LTE Indian version which I use currently after giving up the YU Yureka is good so far. Battery is just 2300mAh (Yureka had 2500mAh) but it lasts longer than we think. The display and camera are good too. Call quality, looks are better. I can't tell a final verdict since I haven't used it for so long and still haven't installed many apps. But my opinion is that never buy a phone looking at its high specs. Buy a phone that's reliable and long lasting.

LG had some gorgeous phones in the past.
They always experiment with designs (The G5 [with the modular aspect] is a great example)
My 2 Most Favourite LG phones were the LG Renoir (KC910) and LG Shine (KE970).
If they can incorporate some of those beautiful designs into a modern day phone,
they would def. win some awards (and their previous customers)

          LG SHINE:

I believe these are too expensive... For example, I have a Redmi 2 Prime, which I admit is from a company with less brick and mortar presence... but still, its a big difference.

For the slightly better specs than my Redmi, and god only knows what image, video, and sound quality, they're asking for Rs. 13,500... which is almost double of Redmi 2 Prime (Rs. 7000). Even Samsung have started low cost selling in India, now other big companies must too.

The thing is, Labor is cheap in India. Plus, you get relieved of import duties, so why this high pricing LG?

Hyped advertisements and marketing does have an effect!!! Even Chinese manufacturers like Vivo, Oppo and Gionee have started following this trend in India.

Considering that my Samsung J5 is of around 200$ in Pakistan, LG needs to push real hard with this India Stuff.

LG want to cash in from this lucrative budget segment in India, it is their marketing target. Unfortunately even though us online buyers will curse LG for this type of SUCK CONSUMERS POCKETS DRY marketing, their huge offline network through dealers may be well successfully in selling this crap phones to non techie customers.

For museum also we have better phones, LG needs to send this to other company scrap to create new phones with updated technology and hardware's. Such a waste strategy of LG. Nothing is going to work with these Rules. Even Samsung is good in strategy on J series.

Why can't they make a decent J7 competitor. It will be much better than launching these slow speed devices. They much use Snap 6XX at least to get any traction in the budget range.
