Unfortunately, you can't trade in phone as I initiated a call to the customer service and was told it is not done. Not a great business sense

Not good, Who will trade the phone without knowing terms and conditions and even the service area for picking is not specified. It may happen that we are told that the service is not applicable in your city.or you are paid fraction of what you expect. anyhow..the cost of the new phone is already paid.....Not good One plus.

Buying an Android 5 Lollipop phone in year 2016, why not? I mean, the 2014 Galaxy S5 is running Android 6 Marshmallow. Yeah. community build, why not stick a warning on the product - "You are not allowed to buy one and expect the new software unless you know how to flash it, if you don't even know what that mean, just don't buy from us.". #Settled

There is still nothing for Oneplus One users on the CM13S update or even OxygenOS 3.0, I have moved to the CM13 nightlies to get Marshmallow. The last Oneplus phone I'll ever buy.
