The problem here in the UK,is that every network except butchery treat any device over 6 inch screen as a tablet and therefore you are forced to use a mobile broadband tariff,which are much more expensive than mobile phone data tariffs and some won't allow you to make calls.
Here in the UK,the idea of phablets has been killed off on purpose by the networks,otherwise I would have been using phablets for the last 8 years.
There should be some ki d of international agreement between the network providers as to what makes a phablet,and a tablet,a phablet should be any device with a screen size between 5.7 inch and 7 inch (diagonaly),tablets should be anything 7 inch and larger,I guess the same networks as own the UK also run the same rules on their networks in Europe,so the idea of phablets is basicaly dead in Europe..
