Decision is yours, Go for Refurbished Nexus 6.. But please don't suggest anyone to buy a refurbished product..
I haven't got the CREO Mark 1, so can't say any Pros and Cons

Its because the regular x10 runs on 2.2ghz octacore configuration and the one in dis is downclocked to 1.9ghz octacore.....
Overheating i wud guess....
Nexus 6 is a far better option though at d same price.
