In the near future or next, no laptop devices supplier will overtake Apple laptops! No matter which versions, MacBook Pro (retina or not) or Air, are unbeatable for everything (faster, performance, design, stability). Not to state that all the others have to stick with Microsoft meanwhile Apple owns their system.

This is actually a perfectly fine laptop and it is comparable to most 13" ultrabooks out there. Only the XPS has those bezels, don't hate on them. 1080p IPS on a 13.3" panel is excellent. Also matte. It has an aluminium build and every port you need on an ultrabook these days. Battery life seems to be excellent as well. For the price, you can't beat this Acer. A poor man's laptop? Not at all. Really curious to see notebookcheck review this one.

Design is one important aspect in tech, and again, its always about choice. Take Apple for example, they sell their things with mediocore specs in a high price. Their main selling point is the design and simplicity. Why does it sell well when there's a lot of cheaper and better options out there? Because people buy for its brand.
