my redmi note 3 fits into my pocket but it feels uneasy to sit with it compare to a 5 inch phone

It puts the "thoughts" this announcement from Xiaomi. I can see that they prepare, provide a surprise proportion of all direct competitors, the market for phones. Interesting.

well well now look like xiaomi making people believe that a 6.4 inch can fit in your pocket but what to operate this big device as if we go through history of smartphone who are above 5.7 inch we see failed product whether is Samsung mega or Sony ultra or google nexus or such anything for me above 5.5 to somewhat 5.7 is making sense but above that is like holding a small note book

I do not know why, but feel that this new phone from Xiaomi, i will like very much. Wait to see if the maximum until mid-May, will be known technical details, so i will defer a decision is taken, the buy a new phone up when know the technical details. If they are those required by me, then he will have a good chance to buy it.

Be... moreI understand that huge bezels make it hard to use the device. But anything less than that will also cause problem in most cases. Samsung S7's bezel can be said of perfect size for some.
I meant to point out their wrong assessment in the article that this device can't be a flagship just because it has Huge bezels.

Z Ultra fit in my pockets fine. When I sit down I took it out. Pretty easy.

The mi 5 may have poor torture test grade but that doesnt even tell half of the story. Bending iphone 6plus went viral from actual occurence. But it takes 1 and a half of a moron to actually put a big device inside your back pocket and then sit..
My point is, xiaomi's strong points are enticing specs + aggressive pricing. Who knows in the near future theyll implement things such as ip## certification(water/dust/bullet/sh*t proofing). My 2 cents.:)

I'm 5ft 10 with a 28 inch waist and I fit my Note 4 in all my trouser pockets. That's the absolute max I would go though. Bit uncomfortable when sitting though.

It may not not be as thin as an S7 edge but damn that's thin enough for it to be a flagship, most of the other flagships are like that. Lol I don't get what your standards are, to me it looks comparable to the bezels of Mate 8, Xperia X, heck it even blows iPhone 6s side bezels out of the water. You seriously need some eyeglasses.

I don't understand why people said that 6.4 is too big. My Z Ultra goes into all my jeans pocket without problem, except for sitting, no sitting with phone in pocket. It even goes into my training short's pocket..

Hopefully it will be my Upgrade from Sony Xperia Z Ultra and yes its quiet easy to fit a 6.4" device into a jeans pocket as using the same from 2 years.....
