Also, I know for a fact Sony does provide loaner phones free of charge for phones under warranty.

There is a good reason not to update an OS on a phone that is more than 3 years old like the 4s and 5. This includes the old iPad too!

Simply because Apple units are long life till now I've seen people still using their iPhone 4/4s and run smoothly compare to other androids mobile I was an apple user and and now android users but apple still the best performance compare to other android units even has a big 4Gb ram still hang and logs.

yup way too saturated. there are lot of phones than human itself. why bother buy new phone if the old one can be used and still get updated.
