Lenovo Z1 (ZUK Z1) India launch confirmed for May 10

        lenovo already has a great handset in line. the Lenovo Vibe X3, dont know why arent they selling this in retail. Only amazon is selling vibe x3 and its already out of stock everytime I check with the website.

          First i wanted a smartphone below ₹20,000 that i could use for listening music, nice camera, nice battery, heavy gaming, and other multitasking. Lenovo Z1 (Zuk Z1) could've been a better choice but, features provided by Zuk Z1 are quite obsolete now.
          After reading so many articles on smartphones, customer reviews, video reviews(of course not zuk z1) i came to conclusion that:
          1.any processor less than Snapdragon 820 doesn't handle heating issues well
          2.the true potential isn't unleashed in processors below Snapdragon 820
          3.with all those bulky games,4k images+videos you will not want anything below 128gb memory(although 64gb is enough for a casual user)
          4.how can you ignore FM?
          So, i'll pass & wait for Zuk Z2 Pro 6gb ram 128gb but, can't vouch and wait for the same if Lenovo launches it after 2-5 years when market may be swarming with Ultra 4k resolution smartphones and "CROWD SOURCED PRODUCTS"(ironically).

                  Though many people are opposing SD801, I like to have mobile with SD801 with cheap price. SD801 is one of the best processor from Qualcomm. Most power efficient and top most processor in 2014 and decent processor in 2016. Compare to SD615, SD 801 is much better in terms of heating and performance. I will def buy if price is less than 12k ($120).
                  I dont mind to software update to next gen OS. As I already mentioned, Next Gen OS for new hardware support. Def it is not required for old devices. We need stable OS.

                          Subzz, 04 May 2016Dear all commenters, isn't the 801 more poverful than the 6... moreIts obviousy not better than snapdragon650,652 even the helio x10 ,even the sd808 just comes 1meter ahead of sd650,.....the reason behind it is that its architecture is 2years old and it has 32bit support......so in not time when apps will move tp 64 bit only ....the 32bit processor will have to emulate 64bit apps and hence the phone will become laggy..comparing it with sd615...ya its powerful but sd615,616is also very old now..

                                Their FB Support has given the lamest of reasons when asked why Z2 hasn't been launched and Z1 is being launched; reason given is 1 comes first then 2. So Z1 will come first and then Z2 when it's hardware becomes 1-2 years old.

                                Xiaomi, Lenovo, LeEco are some of the brands which are dumping their unsold stocks and not launching their flagship phones in India (the 32gig Mi5 isn't flagship).
