I have an unlocked Z2 D6503 in the US and I still have lollipop. I check the settings, Xperia Companion, and the old Sony PC Companion every day, but still nothing. Where is everyone getting the information that it was released in the US?! What is the source?

Odd I got my MM update over a month ago for my Z3C in Canada. I have the unlocked D5803 that I bought direct from Sony.

I got update noti. after completing to 100% it shwoed agian update avail and asked me install it, by continue doign this I wasted whole day but the phone was not updated. Finally I used PC companion to udpate device and it was a Success.
However not happy wid the damn shitty update, homescreen rotation not wrking and it pisses me off! In LP even home screen used to rotate. :@

Update is good.. Except no stamina ultra stamina modes available... Also camera sound while clicking pictures cnt be silenced...also audio recording music or other apps would pause or stop wen camera app is opened... Dis didnt happen in lollipop update..also no screen rotation possible in home screen.....
